Ham and cheese Khachapuri

 1 Recipe of your favorite bread dough (try this recipe) frozen bread dough would work as well

1 lb. ham, diced

8 oz. shredded cheese

2 cup chopped kale

1 onion, diced

6 eggs

Directions:  Divide your bread dough into 6 portions, allow to rest. In a sauté pan cook onions and kale and allow to cool completely. In a large bowl mix ham, cheese, and the cooled kale and onions.

Once your dough is ready, roll out into a long oval shape about 10in x 6in and about ¼ in thick. Place filling along the center, leaving about an inch around the whole border. Fold the long edges over the filling, then twist and pinch the ends, sealing in the filling. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20-30 min. till filling is hot. Remove from oven and top each khachapuri with a fried egg, I prefer over easy.
