Grilled Fruit Salad With Honey and Lemon Kissed Cottage Cheese Dressing

3 Peaches, Grilled and diced

3 Nectarines, grilled and diced

2 Apples, diced

2 Pears, diced

1 Pint blueberries, washed

2 Lemons, zested and juiced

2 Tbls. Honey

8 oz. Cottage cheese

1 Tbls. Fresh Basil or Mint, chopped

Directions: for grilling the peaches and nectarines, cut in half and pull the pit. Toss in a little oil, salt and pepper. Place on grill till marks appear, cool and dice. For the dressing: in a food processor, combine cottage cheese, honey and lemon juice and zest and blend until smooth. In a large bowl mix all components and allow to sit in refrigerator for about a half hour.
